SImple Steps to Brewing Great Beer

The "how to brew" class went off pretty well. 11 folks showed up, we brewed 2 seperate batches of Eagle Point ESB, and now its been bottled. About half of the class has, in the two weeks since, gone out and bought thier supplies and started brewing.
